Effective Business Solutions' owner Kathleen Vanden Broecke is both an ACT! Certified Consultant and ACT! Premier Trainer. Kathleen has a unique combination of sales and marketing experience that results in greater, more meaningful ACT! training.

Kathleen has a strong consulting background, including more than 25 years as a business consultant and commissioned sales professional. This experience gives Kathleen a powerful edge; She has seen thousands of businesses in action – how they are organized, the many challenges they face, and – more importantly, how they face those challenges.

When presented with a challenge in your business, chances are Kathleen will provide a new solution, or apply her expertise to recreate a solution that worked for another client in a similar situation.

Kathleen has an education degree and works to continually hone her skills. She has been an active participant in several world–renown training programs, including: Tom Hopkins, Stephen Covey, Dale Carnegie, Brian Tracy and Zig Ziggler.
